Welcome to the Newman House—your home away from home, just down the hill from Carver Hall. Open daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm during the school year, it’s a place to study, pray, eat, and relax. Enjoy our chapel, kitchen, dining and living rooms, study spaces, and free Wi-Fi. All are welcome!

Each semester, we set aside time to explore and create new experiences. As availability and funds permit, opportunities to visit other CCM programs, make new friends, and experience meaningful ways to live in Christ’s friendship are not uncommon. In the fall, the Caritas Leadership Team takes time away for a mini-weekend retreat to plan exciting faith-enlivening events for your academic year. In the spring, there is Cor-ad-Cor, an intimate, uplifting CCM diocesan retreat held out of state. Attendees’ reviews are extremely positive and welcoming in our fast-paced world. You won’t want to miss this!

At the Newman House, we celebrate all year long with themed parties and festive gatherings! From Oktoberfest and the Super Bowl to Christmas and Cinco de Mayo, there's always something fun happening—come join the celebration!
